She is also the first female vice president and the highest-ranking female official in U.S. History, as also the first African American and second Asian American vice president.  Catherine Anne O'Hara, OC was born March 4, 1954. She is a Canadian-American comedian actor, writer, and actress. O'Hara is the recipient of a number of prizes which include the Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and six Canadian Screen Awards.
